Eco-ficient Insulated Roof Panels
MBCI offers two distinctive insulated roof panels: Insulated BattenLok and the Insulated R Panel. Eco-ficient Insulated BattenLok is a variation of our popular single-skin standing seam roof offering with the added benefits of being an insulated metal panel in wider widths. Likewise, Eco-ficient Insulated R Panel is the insulated version of the popular single skin PBR panel. Insulated roof panels offer quick and easy installation. MBCI has the knowledge to assist you with the proper equipment needed for installation to help reduce installation times. MBCIs insulated roof panels have gone through rigorous testing to ensure their ability to perform as designed.
Eco-ficient Insulated BattenLok
The Eco-ficient Insulated BattenLok is one of MBCIs popular standing seam metal roof offerings. The Eco-ficient Insulated BattenLok roof panel is ideal for architectural, commercial, industrial, institutional and cold storage applications. The exterior profile has a 2-inch high standing seam with a Mesa profile. The interior profile is also a stucco-embossed Mesa pattern. Eco-ficient Insulated BattenLok is attached to a building structure with concealed clips to provide continuous insulation and eliminate thermal bridges.

MBCI Warranties
MBCI offers both finish warranties and weather-tightness warranties. The finish warranties include the Bare Galvalume and Galvalume Plus Warranty, the Signature 200 and Signature 300 paint warranties and a Technical Bulletin about Saltwater and Marine Atmospheres.
MBCI offers several different types of weather-tightness warranties and was the first company in the metal roofing industry to offer a Single Source warranty. Single Source Warranties put the complete burden for proper installation of the roof system* on MBCI from the date of substantial completion. MBCI offers three levels of Single Source Warranties depending on the level of project the building owner requires.
*Roof system is defined as the MBCI furnished roof panels, flashing and related items used to fasten the roof panels and flashing (including roof jack and curb attachments pre-approved in writing by MBCI) to the roof structure.
Eco-ficient Insulated R Panel
MBCIs Eco-ficient Insulated R Panel offers the same versatility as the single-skin PBR panel and can be used for both roof and wall applications. The Eco-ficient Insulated R Panel utilizes a through-fastened attachment. The standard exterior skin is smooth but can be embossed if requested. The interior skin of the Eco-ficient Insulated R Panel is roll formed with our standard stucco-embossed Mesa profile. The Insulated R Panel is ideal for commercial applications.
