M2 Roofing company will provide a safe environment for every associate. We are committed to providing the highest quality of education, training, and tools allowing associates to perform their duties safely while protecting themselves and others.

Policy
It is the safety policy of M2 Roofing to comply with all local, state and federal safety standards, codes and regulations. All practical and feasible efforts are made to provide safe and healthful work conditions for our associates. Everyone is expected to perform their job in a safe manner and in accordance with the procedures of our company safety program and public standards.

Training
M2 Roofing has comprehensive environmental safety and health training programs. Instructing associates to recognize and avoid all hazards associated with their work is significant in the reduction of accidents and injuries in the workplace. Every new employee has a two hour introduction and each associate participates in safety training and established programs of the company.

We have teamed up with Lancaster Safety Consulting, Inc. to create customized written safety programs and to help keep us compliant with all applicable OSHA standards. Our employees have also gone through their safety and health trainings, and understand that a job is never so urgent that it cannot be done safely.
